【蘋果日報】蘇富比舉行洋酒拍賣會，有香檳王之稱的唐培里儂（ Dom Perignon）首次推出的至尊粉紅香檳，一批 30瓶以 133萬元成交，平均每瓶約 4.4萬元，比估價高出 3成多，創下香檳單一批次拍賣的世界紀錄。有酒評家指出，現時內地豪客尚未學懂喝香檳，但相信香檳很快也會在內地流行，屆時價格將進一步被搶高。
香港蘇富比前晚舉行洋酒拍賣，拍賣品都是法國酒莊存放在私家酒窖內的陳年珍藏，直接運送來港拍賣，酒品存放狀態甚佳。全部拍賣品共賣得 2,000多萬元，比估計高出 4成多。

香檳王 Dom Perignon

拍賣品中最矚目的是唐培里儂首次推出的至尊粉紅香檳，一批 30瓶，包括 1966年、 1978年、 1982年、 1985年、 1988年及 1990年等 6個稀有年份。經過一番競投，以 133.1萬元成交，比估價高出 3成，由亞洲收藏家買得，成交價也刷新單一批次香檳拍賣價的世界紀錄。
唐培里儂是世界知名的法國酒莊，有香檳王之稱。酒莊只選最優質的葡萄來釀酒，若當年葡萄收成質量欠佳，便寧願停產。今次首次面世的至尊粉紅香檳，是當香檳釀成之後，繼續在酒窖陳釀 10年或以上，令酒味更為豐富成熟。
另外，多批 Cheval Blanc紅酒以 22.9萬元至 55.6萬元成交，亦刷新了不同年份及瓶裝的世界紀錄。

「飲完一杯想再飲一杯」

曾獲邀試飲至尊粉紅香檳的《酒經月刊》總編輯劉致新表示，當日試飲的是 1990年，「好精采，飲完一杯就想再飲一杯，好香，好幼滑」。
他表示，喜慶場合常會開香檳，是由於打開香檳會有一下響亮的聲音，但其實飲香檳任何場合都適合，令人有開心的感覺，不似飲紅酒講究飯前或飯後。在香港飲香檳的人不少，一般 1,000多至 2,000元一瓶已屬貴價。內地人暫未學懂喝香檳，因為中國人不喜喝冰凍、有氣泡及酸度高的酒，需要時間適應，但估計香檳很快也會在內地流行，屆時價格將被搶高。
